Unacceptable Service at Freedom Park Clinic – Urgent Help Needed!

I am extremely disappointed with the service at Freedom Park Clinic. Last week, we took our sick mother there for medical assistance, but they refused to help her simply because she lost her old file. Even after opening a new file, they still turned us away, insisting that we find the old file number. This is impossible, as she was previously receiving treatment in the Eastern Cape a few years ago, and we have no idea how to retrieve it.

Her health is getting worse, and we are left with no choice but to rush her to Lillian Ngoyi Clinic for emergency treatment, where they only give her a drip. She is running out of medication, and we don’t know what to do next. The reason we brought her to Johannesburg was to ensure she gets better healthcare, but now we are being denied help when she needs it the most.

This is beyond frustrating! How can a public health facility refuse to assist a sick patient over a missing file? People’s lives should come first! We need urgent intervention. Please help us escalate this issue before it’s too late.
