Poor service

I am so disappointed in this clinic, this is our second time going to get vaccination for my daughter and evertime we spend hours to be served. Today my wife is still at the clinic waiting in the queue which does not even move. She has been there from 8 am that is more than 7 hours how ridiculous is that. May the people be treated with respect because this is being disrespectful to our people.
