Worst online experience

I ordered an item from thier online store on the 23rd of December, and as yet not received it. The tracking number i received doesn't work, I have sent three emails to which I have not received a response. I have sent a complaint on the company website, and have yet to receive a response. I sent a message on the customer WhatsApp, and have yet to receive a response. I tried calling the customer care line and it doesn't work! At FOM you pay a premium price for thier garments, one would hope that you would get half decent customer service or help. I have received nothing. And they have my money.
