Poor Customer Service

I placed an order online yesterday and selected "Postnet" as my shipping method. However, the branch I wanted was not listed, and I was only given the option to choose a branch after placing the order. Now, I cannot find the option to select the specific Postnet branch for delivery.

I contacted their support via WhatsApp yesterday and also sent an email, but I have not received a response yet. Their customer service number is not working either. I am concerned that my order might get lost.
