Poor client service!

Very disappointed in this company. After opting out of their marketing emails numerous times. I made contact with them directly to please remove me from their email list. They promised me they will. Two weeks later I received emails again. AGAIN I send a message this time on Facebook messenger, they promised again. Two weeks later, I just started to receive emails again. I've opted out, unsubscribed, emailed, send messages. They simply ignore your wishes and harras you with marketing emails you don't want!
