Freedom of movement sample sale

Placed an online order on the sample day sale. After 5 calls, emails freedom of movement says that the order has been cancelled. Note that I have placed my order around 3:18am and all they could say was sorry your order has been cancelled. How did they allocate who received the orders are beyond me. I hate this brand now and feel embarrassed to use it. Customer service was rude aswell
