Freedom of Movement and their useless courier partner, Aramax!

I purchased a wallet on Freedom of Movement’s website on 01 April 2025 and provided my address (based in Waterfall, Johannesburg). I eventually received updates, using the assigned Aramax waybill number, which showed that the parcel had been delivered to a “Waterfall mall” in Rustenberg, in the North West.

I immediately informed the Freedom of Movement support team (support@freedomofmovement) after Aramax (FYI - the worst courier which had previously delivered a parcel that I sent using their “overnight service” to an incorrect address in 2024) about the incorrect delivery address on 04 April 2025. They informed, me on the same day, that Aramax have arranged for collection.

Today is 25 April 2025 and I have still not received my paid for product. Aramax and Freedom of Movement have equally horrific customer service, including: providing incorrect waybill numbers, lying over email and not responding!

I will never support Freedom of Movement ever again and hope to never have to be on the receiving end of Armax’s atrocious customer service ever again.
