Freedom of Movement

After having bought an item online I wish I could do a minus rating.... They use Aramex as couriers and both FOM's online service and Aramex is pathetic. I have been promised delivery for 6 days in a row and still nothing. If my package got lost I must surely be refunded I just get the one empty promise after the other.
