Freedom of Countless Issues

I bought a pair of vellies for my girlfriend in November 2022 and thereafter received an offer for personalization at an additional cost. I like the offer to make the gift special. I paid for it and sent mu request and have been met with numerous set backs as follows: 1) the offer was not meant to be up on our website due to black friday so we will not be able to assist with your request at this point 2) in december 2022 I was advised of the offices closing or some related issue wherein they arent able to assist at that moment

Fast forward to February 2023 after countless January 2023 IGNORED emails in 2023 of complaints and having to eventually request for cancellation and refund, I am extremely disappointed that a brand that my partner and I wanted tk make our core brand is absolutely disappointing as far as service is concerned

We both have pairs of Vellies and do not mind to call it quits because of the experience.

Countless apologies unfortunately do not cut it. Ive waited since Nov 2022 for a basic service and it has not happened..
