FOM Sneaker Exchange

Had an absolutely terrible experience exchanging a Christmas gift at the FOM in Ballito Lifestyle Centre. Staff were extremely unfriendly and unreasonable. I had tried on the shoes after receiving them as a Christmas present and the staff refused to exchange the shoes for a bigger size although they were in perfect condition as they had said I had stretched the shoes out (impossible seeing as I had not worn them but had merely tried them on). Do not recommend anyone shopping at the FOM in Ballito.
