FOM Freedom of Movement more Failure of Management
Pathetic service.
I've placed and paid for an online order on the 1st of September 2026, I contacted customer care services on the 7th of September 2026. It is the 14th and still nothing.
Just wondering if this is the norm of accepting customers order and money and never get back to them?

I did not pick up any items nor did I receive a refund. Clearly you trying to be ********* in your dealings.
