Bad service and defective product

Good day, I visited your Canal Walk store about 1 and a half weeks ago. I asked your employees to find me a little box bag in a different color - biscuit. I gave them my number and name and all information. No one ever came back to me. Yesterday the 15/04/2022 was my birthday. I went back to your store to here if the bag is there or any new information. There was nothing. I then decided to take the bag that was in the store as it was a lighter one than the bourban one. I then noticed a few defects on this bag and asked if i can get some discount as this bag is not new anymore. Please find attached pictures. I was told NO.

I am extremely disappointed in your customerl service and help. I being a business owner myself know how to treat clients and this is definitely NOT THE WAY! I would like a new little box bag in the biscuit color. As this one is really not in n good condition and to have a defective bag as a birthday present really doesn't feel good.
