Worst policy industry

I've been paying funeral policies for my mom and aunt for the past 2 years with them and all of a sudden they did validations and claim that the policies are ******* because i took out the policies on their behalf, so they have to cancel it. First time that i heard such ****. Because when I took out these covers for them, their consultants phoned both my mom and aunt to confirm with them if they are aware that I took these covers for them and they confirmed.
