Poor service from Freedom life insurance cover.

I have a problem with the claim. I have submitted a claim with freedom life insurance cover on the 10th of June after my brother pass on. Since then every time I call them they say my claim is in process and they never I have to call them the time, they also lying about calling the policy detective as it was an unnatural death. When I call the detective and ask him he says they call then hang up when he answers the phone. It has been 3 weeks now and still my claim is in process. The service of freedom life insurance policy is very poor and they are very rude every time I call them. Out of 10 I would give them 1
