Pathetic and disgusting customer service from Freedom Life

I am disappointed in Freedom Life, after submitting a death claim last week Friday I still have not received any feedback with regards to my claim, They don't even call to let me know the progress of the claim everytime I must always call them then they say documents are missing or they can see the stamp everytune its a new excuse. The funeral is taking pace tomorrow on a loan we took meanwhile the family is waiting on Freedom Life, such pathetic customer service from Freedom as life after 3 years of paying this policy.
