Freedom life has no integrity

I am very shattered and hurt, we are planning for my aunts funeral, all documents were submitted however freedom life is still delaying payment. I am told about post-mortem report that il only get in the next 3 months, when the funeral is now. Police questionnaire, death certificate and BI6-63 form were sent asked the consultant that called me to check page 4 of the BI6-63 form thats were the Doctor explained the cause of death. I am frustrated as i also sent the death certificate. The reason we have funeral policies is to use the money during the planning process.
