Easy pay number

the person using that whatsapp number does not respond to any of our messages? Can you please use someone whose going to answer us not just send the same information but not answering what I'm asking. I was asking for easypay number but no response from him/her. Is that an automatic reply or what? Still waiting for that number I need to pay today, I misplaced the last month receipt. Which other shops I can pay from? Thank you.
