Delay with funeral claim

Their services is very bad, submitted a claim they did not even acknowledge receipt of the documents. Had to phone them to enquire whether or not they received it. Three days after submission they called to say they received the documents and was sent for verification, guess what verification takes 14 days. They are looking for loop holes, not to pay out. So if you consider taking out a policy with Freedom Life make sure I've got policy's with other Company's please.
