Complaint

I took a policy at Freedom Life for my father 2018. He passed on 20 April 2021. I emailed my claim I foned them after few days to check how far are they with my claim i was told that they sent my claim for further verification and they foned every family member asking about my relation to my father. I've received an sms that the claim was declined due to non payment/instructions i was paying the policy every month. Please help.
