Bad service

Bad service that I received from Yonela. She said she will call me back at 12 after she could not answer my question she never called me back at 12. Only called me back after 2 days when I called her by her name she drop the call. it been 2 weeks I have requested a call back still nothing and they say I will be contacted within 48 hours. I just wonder if this is a struggle that I will get when I want to make a claim. Im so angry with the service of this company.
