Bad and horrible service

My mother has a funeral insurance with Freedom Life insurance. My father passed away, and we lodged the application and submitted the required documents. On the death certificate, the cause of death is still under investigation, as the post mortem is not yet completed.

Freedom Life insurance is now forcing us to submit a post mortem report, which is not yet completed. They say that they cannot proceed with the claim unless we submit the report.

The report is not complete and therefore they cannot bury mu father because of that.

My mother has not missed any payment and we have provided all of the required information.

Their service is bizarre and pathetic.
