FUNERAL COVER THAT NEVER PAYS...EMPTY PROMISES...ROBBING POOR PEOPLE

This company is a disappointment selling lies to poor vulnerable community. My aunt opened a funeral cover and with no time the cover was opened. This option was chosen due to that the underwriter is OLD MUTUAL its partners are CHECKERS, SWISS RE and SHOPRITE that would make anyone feel confident to join such institution. My aunts premiums were up to date, sadly she passed on, on the 16th of October 2021. I then started the claiming process as I am the beneficiary. According to their website claim is processed within 48 to 72 hours. That is a LIE misleading poor people. On the 25th Oct, I received a confirming SMS that the claim is process. On Tuesday I followed up and I was told by the Consultant and Supervisor that the claim is in the verification process, someone will call me for an update. TODAY is the 2nd of Nov no claim has been paid out. The staff lies through their teeth you can tell that they are trained to LIE. When I called today the consultant informed me that the payment will be paid out on the 26 Nov 2021.I then insisted that I want to speak to the supervisor, the supervisor told me a different story, that the payment will be out after 14 working days... She then insisted to know how did my aunt took out the policy "ONLINE or paperwork signed"...... I told them I will take this further, the supervisor had a nerve to say " GO AHEAD"....and gave me attitude.
