Where's my Refund

After all the commotion of freedom fest with the line up and what not I thought I will surprise my friends visiting from Australia with freedom fest tickets then after buying 3 tickets the event gets postponed but my friends won't be here to see the postponed event, now they said that all refunds will be handled before the 18 of May 2015 and I still haven't heard anything or received an email explaining the delay... I think this is very unprofessional and think that they should deal with the issue at hand...
