Refunds promised never happened

Via the website I asked for advice on how to get a refund. I received a response including the documentation I had to provide to receive the refund. I have sent in the documents numerous times and have received no response whatsoever! It is impossible to contact anyone as no one replies to emails and the contact number is permanently engaged. I have 5 tickets that need refunds! That is a lot of money that I paid and has now seemingly been ******. I am not the only person in this situation so Freedom Fest is sitting with a lot of people's money and not returning it.
