Refund of Freedom Festival Ticket

After the well awaited Freedom Festival was cancelled, ticker holders was given the opportunity to either be refunded or keep ticket for another date. As there are no clear indication of who will be in the next line up, I decided to either refund my tickets. But Freedom day has come and gone and still no sign of refunded money? I have followed up with Ticibox and they said that they are waiting for Freedom Festival and Freedom Festival has all of a sudden closed down all social media pages... Will I ever see my money again? Please, I've just came out of a very bad divorce - all I want is my hard earned money that spend on a music festival that clearly didn't happen.
