More than a year later and countless contact with the organisers and still no refund

<p>I bought tickets around March 2015 for Freedom Festival, the tickets were bought as a gift for my boyfriend for his birthday alas with the cancellation of the festival he lost out on his birthday. We contacted the ticket company who told us to contact the organisers. We were in contact with the organisers first via email which left us with no response thereafter we contacted them telephonically weekly if not more often they kept promising that the money would be refunded. But more than a year and a half later we have still not received our refund and the organisers are unable to be contacted.</p>
