Late/No Refund

I had bought tickets online for the Freedom Festival event supposed to be held on 27 April 2015, on 7 February 2015. However the event was postponed to 26 September 2015, but without informing customers that the event was cancelled in early September. I have not recieved a refund yet, even though I have sent multiple emails with the requested refund forms and have not recieved any information about the matter. The manner in which this matter is being taken is unprofessional and quite appalling. A lot of money has been spent on these tickets and could be used for other financial responsibilities Freedom Fest is now denying the ability to do so.
