Very bad service

Do not use this company!!! Everything is a struggle with them.my father settled my dept and they still deducted money after I specifically told them not to do so.I sent a WhatsApp to Wynand and an email to Corine with prove of payments and told them to settle my dept.two weeks back I asked them for my settlement balances so that we can settle and waited I week.I took of from work unpaid to go to NetBank.It took me 15 min to get the settlement balance.Netbank said it is impossible to wait a week on their side and that she must be lying to me.Now I must wait till next week for my refund.The other two settlement balances was paid a week ago.but still the amount stayed the same. freedom dept counselors should get more qualified personnel.they help me with lowering my monthly payment fast,but setteling and getting fast response with them is a big problem.
