Positive Experience

The process of undergoing debt review is not a pleasant one for any individual. In this instance dealing with the members of staff at Freedom Debt Counsellors has been an exceptional one. They have been kind and caring in their approach, but at the same time very pragmatic about what needs to happen. All of their interactions have been handled professionally and with efficiency. More importantly, throughout the process they have been there with me and helped me through the process without complaint. I may hate being in this circumstance, but with this team at my back, I will get through it and will still have a sense of self-respect in the process!
