Not Just A Number

Learned today that when you sign up with FDC you really aren't just a number. I last got in touch with Nadya van der Merwe almost a year ago exactly and when I did so again today she knew exactly who I was - I mean considering all the people she must deal with daily I'd say that's quite the feat. Turns out, for her, I actually do matter. It's heartening to say the least.
