No assistance
You don't get any assistance. I have been asking for a complete breakdown and statements from all my credit providers to see how much of my debt are already paid up. I emailed and phone but since April I haven't received anything. When I do phone Bridget she confirms she will forward same to me or look into it, but till today I haven't received anything.
