Good day

My name is Tashia and I would like to commend Nathaniel from the FDC Group for his outstanding assistance.

He was incredibly helpful and informative. Although he wasn’t able to reduce my instalments, he took the time to clearly explain the reasons — unlike many other companies that misled me or spoke negatively about others. He provided factual information and even helped me put together a plan moving forward, based on what would be best within the NCR guidelines. I also had an issue with my daughter’s account, and he guided me in the right direction. Even though I’m not his client, he still went above and beyond to ensure I had the correct information.

It’s clear that he truly loves what he does. As he always says, he’s a “walking, talking brochure” — genuinely wanting people to be helped with accurate, honest information according to the NCR.
