My Interaction with Freedom Debt Counsellors

Leandra was, and still is, very helpful in clarifying the process and got me to understand how much it can help me become debt free in the shortest space of time. She knows her stuff. Although the process has been started, it seems to be at a pause as my credit provider is not responding to them with confirmation of my debt outstanding. Leandra assures me that things are on track; and even if my file has been handed over to the administrators of the process, she would always be available and accessible to answer my questions.
