Chanene is such a DELIGHT!

Chanene has been such a blast to work with, no judgement, no frustration and extremely understanding.

Chanene took me on as if it was her money and her situation she was dealing with yet kept to her professional requirements.

Always asked how I am doing as a person and not jumping to work off the bat, making me feel that I am dealing with a human who understands my situation, before treating me as a client.

From the time I was confused and called her every day, up until the closing of my account, she has been patient and supportive, making jokes and assuring me feel that all will be fine and she has my back.

I can only assume that all FDC Group staff have the same standards, if not, they must take a page out of Chanenes' book.
