Exceptional Service!

If I could give 10 stars, I would need 100 more! From joining with FDC group until the last payment, I have only received immaculate service! I don't know if some of the consultants are still with FDC, but from the start, dealing with Tanya, Nicole and Christa until the finalization of counseling with Natasha, Cherise, Chanene and Bridget - it has been completely stress-free! They are kind, diligent, proactive, and overall just exceptional! I had no issues when joining and was provided with sufficient information and updates to understand what needed to happen and how everything works. There was only 1 instance during this whole period where one of the creditors called/emailed me due to "nonpayment." This was not a fault on FDC's side, but because the creditor decided the billing date changed by 1 week due to holidays. Other than that, all my accounts were paid on time; no phone calls or summonses were issued because of nonpayments—nothing! I can't give enough praise to everyone on the team who has assisted me during this time. I hope that you know that the type of service that you have provided is above and beyond any other service I have ever received, and thank you that you still treat people like customers/humans instead of just another number!
