Excellent service from Martin Boshoff at FDC Groep Going into debt review was something I was understandably very nervous and stressed about, and I had a lot of questions and concerns. Martin has been incredibly patient, helpful and professional throughout the process. He took the time to explain everything to me properly, answered all of my questions without ever making me feel like I was asking too much, and kept me informed when things changed. What I appreciated most was that he made me feel like I was actually being listened to and that my situation mattered. He was transparent about the process and helped me understand what I was signing and what the proposed arrangements meant. Debt review can be a very daunting process, but having someone like Martin guiding you through it makes a huge difference. His communication, patience and willingness to help really stood out to me.
