Dissapointed

I approched them for advice and was said that this would be the best solution for me, but after speaking to a different counsellor from a different company I discovered I was just sold a solution to get the sale. I got messages from my bank that they are going to deduct funds from my account, I was told not to worry they already adviced my bank and I should not have a problem. When month end came, this debt counsellor were quick to take my money as well as the bank. When i contacted my counsellor I was told not to worry the funds will be back in my account in a few days. After 3 days when the funds was not returned they said no sorry it takes 15 working days. This was on the 2nd April. Today I send out an email to ask why my money is not back in my account, i get a phone call with an attitude were they kept interrupting me telling me that 15 working days is only today on the 23rd April, where as today is the 24th April. They also blamed the bank to say that they are not at fault and they could not do anything about it. Now they said the bank finalized it today and it will take another few days to get refunded. This company is full of empty promises. Do not use them. I would never reccomend them to anyone.
