Disappointed and Disheartened

I have been with Freedom Debt for over a year and never had any issues in the beginning, but for the last few months no contact at all. I need help regarding my instalments as my husband is unemployed and there are days where we have no food in the house and its EXTREMELY stressful it's starting to affect my job as well. Now I was assisted in Feb and Mar, and I was told by Bridget that if my situation hasn't change, I should contact her again and she will see how she can assist me again. Until today NOTHING I have sent numerous emails and WhatsApp's but nothing. It is quite frustrating not having any communication from a company that promised they will be with me every step of the way. This is my last resort to get some feedback and solutions. I'm at my Wits End.
