Debt review is already stressful, and the lack of feedback from Freedom Debt is making it worse!

I logged a query with Freedom Debt when I noticed FNB deducted an additional amount from my new current account for the Rev Fac on July 1, as part of all my FNB accounts under debt review. A week later, and still no phone call or email feedback from Lauren! Freedom Debt is happy to charge me a monthly fee for this debt review service," which is not really customer-focused. Please, can someone urgently phone me about this matter? It seems the Rev Fac is not restructured when I view the details on the FNB site. It still shows a high interest rate as well as an arrears amount. I've also picked up that FNB is charging me monthly account fees for this Rev Fac as well as my previous current account, which I no longer use. Can you urgently investigate this mess and get it fixed? I shouldn't be paying account fees for these accounts, as I no longer use them. The Rev Fac was split out from the previous current account, so why can't you just get that account closed with FNB? So over and above the unauthorised debit order of R1107.39 that FNB deducted on July 1, in addition to the Hyphen payment already made, FNB is also deducting fees that total R360 for accounts that I am no longer using for transactional purposes! I'd appreciate a phone call today to discuss all these matters in more detail.
