Bad Service and Taking advantage of their clients

Such poor service from FDC. I had an amendment on my account of which I made the counselor aware well in advance. They were then meant to subtract that payment from my installment. However this was not done, they keep sending me pillar to post for a mere refund?

They take advantage of their clients as they know they have entered a long term agreement and thus cannot reverse or risk being in breach.
