I canceled an order in Oct 2020 that I didn't even confirmed but yet they took my money out of my account. I only received 1 email confirming that my money would be back in my account witin 7-14 working days. It's now going for 3 months. And still no refund. And no one is replying to my emails. They are just out to take your money and have no service
