PROBLEMS WITH FREECHIO CONSTRUCTION COMPANY BY FREEDOM CHIORORO

I am having problems with a construction company that was building my house at Adams Mission KZN, Durban (FREECHIO Construction). the owner is Freedom Chiororo. i had initially employed them to build the entire house for me. however, had to stop working with them because they left the site and building material for days without supervision and letting me know. i found out on my own that they neglected the site to do their own things without my acknowledgement. thus, i had to let them go after building the foundation.

the problem massively extended when there was collapsing of the foundation which occurred recently and when i inform the owner of the company about it, he doesn't want to listen and states that it is my fault. he has never taken fault of anything even the negligence of the material they left alone on the site. he is always finding ways to point the fingers back at me. he even insulted me when i complained as a client to him. i have tried being civil with him but he fails to understand and to negotiate. i had paid him R20 000 full for the construction of the foundation as agreed. first used R17 000 (incl interest) that i had loaned him previously and then transacted the remaining R3000.

i told him that we needed to go on site to see the damage then negotiate what may be due to me because of the collapse so i can construct the foundation again. he first agreed then he all of a sudden shifted the blame of me.

this is my only hope now. please handle this issue for me as i am tired of talking.
