Ignore you and don't refund you

Purchased a year business builder package but the builder does not support single item multiple sizes/colours option listing so I cancelled and moved to another builder that offers the features I needed but after multiple requests to be refunded the remaining value of the year purchase (only used for 2 months) they have ignored my requests and not even have the decency to respond to my emails. Very unprofessional business, certainly not worth building your site here they lack simple functionality.
