Upon calling them for my husband's IRP5 forms for the year 2013 and 2014 that he was employed there, the HR manager refused to help me with the forms and said that they no longer had it. When I tried to explain to him that they didnt give it to my husband and that they should have it still by law for at least 5 years which would technically only end next year he began to get uptight and rude with me threatening not to help me. He was rude and abrupt and refused to give me his name. Fortunately having dealt with them previously, I am aware of his identity. They had never given him these forms and refuse too even up til now.
