ABSOLUTLY NO FEEBACK ON COMPLAINTS LODGED

Myself and an Estate Agent lodged 2 complaints with the Free State Rental Housing Tribunal on the 05th June 2018, we dealt with the following Persons Poppie, Liezl and Riana, the required complaint forms were hand delivered to their offices on the above mentioned date, It is now the 02nd July 2018 , we haven't even received any form of acknowledgement of our complaints being lodged, they never ever answer their telephones, email requests for follow up on progress of a complaint are just ignored, what recourse does a person have in the event of any type of issue actually being resolved by the tribunal if they are failing in their duties to protect Landlords and Tenants from breaking the law. In my humble opinion since there is know one to enforce the law and should I end up with a non paying tenant, I WILL do the unthinkable of either blocking their pre-paid electricity meters to prevent reloads until my rent is paid or changing the locks on the premises, since I have got nothing to worry about as landlords and tenants have no legal recourse as the Rental Housing Tribunal based in the Free State simply just doesn't care.
