Subject: Extremely Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received at the traffic department. From the moment I arrived, I was met with rude and unkind behavior. The staff did not talk to me nicely or show any respect. Instead, I was yelled at, which made the entire experience incredibly stressful.

The lack of professionalism was evident throughout my visit. Their rude and dismissive attitude left me feeling extremely nervous and uncomfortable, which ultimately affected my performance on the test, leading to my failure.

I am very unhappy with how I was treated and will never set foot in that place again. I expected a fair and respectful environment, but what I encountered was far from it. The staff's unkindness and lack of basic courtesy are unacceptable, and I strongly urge a thorough review and improvement of their customer service standards.
