Poor Service Rendered at Lengau and demands answers on where was Society advised that certain services will be done on Certain days!!

It is with high level of stress and unsatisfactory situation

I am in Lengau Traffic Department for the 4th time and I was told that it's only for individuals writing their learners licenses only who will be granted an entry to the centre.

Im frustrated as I have only today to do this and have to leave for something later on but I couldn't get an assistance.

My 21 days ends for Changing of Ownership ends today and the Security tells me to come tomorrow which is according to my knowledge Centre doesn't operate on weekends.

Can I kindly be assisted and I hope to hear from you soon.

I'm in fear as i need to do it as per work schedule.
