Bad Service

I would like to complain about the bad service of Bloemfontein Traffic Department. Firstly can those people do their jobs right just for ones. I'm sure im not the only one that feels this way .

My daughter went to write her learners and passed it , but their systems were off and she could not get her learners certificate on that day . She had to come the next week they said, but they never told her that it's only valid till that week.

She went to go get it 2 weeks after that , because she went on holiday. When she got there they said , no she will have to rewrite and pay again. I mean why did they not tell her that in the begining. Why did they no make it clear to her the day their systems were off and that it was only valid for a certain time period.

Now my son was supposed to go write his learners today as well , they gave him the wrong time of when the test starts and obviously he went at that time, when he got there today it was said to him that he was late and therefore couldnt write, because the person who made his booking gave him the wrong time and told him he has to make a new booking and pay again. I mean come on its not his fault that he come late. They gave him the wrong time.

So we are just supposed to accept their mistakes and pay money repeatedly. Their service is pathetic and unacceptable.
