Jon Taylor trades as "Free Alarms" but runs no real business - no premises, no technicians, no accountability. Here's how the **** works: Jon quotes you on an alarm installation, then outsources the actual work to a third party. During setup, he gets you to sign a debit order. Everything looks normal - until you try to leave. Once you cancel the service, the debit orders keep running. Jon confirmed in writing he would stop mine. Months later, he's still collecting. He won't answer calls, messages, or emails. There is no office to visit. You're trapped paying for a service that no longer exists, with no way to reach the person taking your money. Don't sign anything with this man. If you already have, reverse the debit order through your bank immediately.
