<div>I found my tiler removing hard lumps from their cement. I recorded a video and sent it to them. Most bags were affected, causing significant waste. I'm not blaming Mohammed, the owner, for causing this issue, as he may have received the cement in that condition from his supplier. My concern is how condescending & unsympathetic he was towards a customer of over 30 years. He said he had never experienced such & there was nothing he could do as we had used what we could. Only unopened bags were offered for replacement. No transport assistance was offered, and not even one replacement bag was offered as a goodwill gesture after decades of loyalty. This was not the first issue. Previously, we purchased a toilet that we discovered to be skew. Mohammed again blamed the supplier and showed no willingness to assist. A tiny gesture such as small store credit or transport assistance would have shown appreciation, but nothing was offered.</div>
